Angler's Club at Waller Mill Park:
You are invited to join the Waller Mill Park Angler?s Club that launched on July 1st. The club is free to join, but does require you to complete a registration form. Angler Club members will automatically be enrolled in a year-long friendly fishing competition sponsored by Dick?s Sporting Goods. Select species of fish will be determined weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. During the specified period of time, the Angler that catches the largest of those fish will receive a gift certificate courtesy of Dick?s Sporting Goods. Fall Girls Youth Fast Pitch Softball Leagues:
We are currently accepting registration for the fall fast pitch girls leagues for ages 8 to 15. (PLAYER?S AGE AS OF 09/01/2012). This program is designed to teach children the skills and rules involved in the sport of softball. Each player participates in all games. *No refunds once games begin. All youth are accepted into this program as long as they register during the registration period. After registration has ended, names will be placed on a waiting list. Leagues: 10 & Under (Ages 8, 9 & 10), 12 & Under (Ages 11 & 12), and 15 & Under (Ages 13, 14 & 15)? /? Registration: June 29 - July 27? /? Practices Begin: Early August? /? Season Begins: Mid-August? /? Fee: $40 for 1st Child, $30 for 2nd Child and $20 for each additional child in the same family.

Free Summer Tai Chi Classes:
Bill Hansell, Tai Chi Instructor, is offering free Tai Chi classes on Thursday mornings from July 12 to August 16 at Quarterpath Park parking lot by softball field #3. Classes being offered are the 40 Form: 7:00 - 7:30 a.m. and the 24 Form: 7:30 - 8:30 a.m.? Call (757) 259-3760 for more information.

Girls Basketball Camp - Ages 9 to 14:
This four-day youth basketball camps is for girls ages 9 to 14. Instructor: Bingo Brungot - Warhill High School Girls Basketball Coach. This camp will be held at the Quarterpath Recreation Center. NO REFUNDS!? Register in person or by phone (757) 259-3760 at the Quarterpath Recreation Center.?

Advanced Middle School / High School Freshman Tennis Camps:
For the advanced competitive player who can rally with consistency and moves freely. Players should have played or intend to play High School varsity or USTA Tournaments at some point and have been in some form of training program. This camps will be instructed at the Kiwanis Park Tennis Courts by Brent Hughes with Williamsburg Elite 10s Academy.
