HR Business Partner - Transformational Change
North Ryde Location - Global Organisation
Circa $160K + car + parking

Reporting into the Head of HR and working with a collaborative HR team, the HR Business Partner will support the Australian business partnering closely with 4 Executive GM's on a major transformational change project as well as providing transactional HR support and advice.

The business is on a growth trajectory requiring the successful candidate to create efficiencies around processes and systems enabling the managers to be effective leaders resulting in a highly engaged productive workforce.

The focus will be on building capability and leadership across the group driving programs such as talent management, workforce planning, succession planning, change management and strategy development. ?You will be operationally and strategically sound with well rounded generalist HR skills. ?

You will need to be commercially driven, agile, resilient, consultative and collaborative and ideally demonstrate the following:

- Ability to influence and show leadership moving from a traditional HR model to a true business partnering model;
- Previous experience in driving and implementing change;
- Sound technical HR skills;
- Solid communication and presentation skills together with the ability to work with ambiguity;
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
